HOW TO USE YOUR DRYSURES
DRYSURE INSTRUCTIONS
IT'S EASY AS 1, 2, 3
-
1. INSERT AFTER USE
Drysure is ready to use straight out of the box. After your activity, place your Drysures inside your footwear at your earliest convenience.
-
2. LEAVE OVERNIGHT
Leave them inside until you need your footwear again. There is nothing to switch on or activate — Drysure works automatically by absorbing moisture .
-
3. STORE IN POUCH
Once removed from your footwear, always store Drysure inside the PVC pouch provided or in a dry bag to prevent them from absorbing moisture from the air.
Reactivation
Drysure will absorb about 10 days of moisture before they need to be reactivated. There are three effective methods to do this.
- Place them on a warm radiator.
- Leave them in direct sunlight.
- Place them on the middle or lower shelf of an oven at 212°F (100°C) for one to two hours. A fan-assisted oven provides the best results.
Be sure to take the bead bags out of their shells first!
For SOAKED footwear
If your boots or shoes are heavily soaked, some preparation will improve drying performance.
Pour out any excess water first, then use a towel or newspaper to absorb loose moisture. A brief burst of warm air from a hairdryer can help warm the remaining moisture.
Once prepared, insert fully reactivated Drysure dryers and leave them inside the footwear for up to 24 hours in a dry environment such as an airing cupboard. This helps remove moisture quickly and prevents odor-causing bacteria and fungus from developing.
Note: If drying very wet footwear, you may need to reactivate Drysure immediately after use.
