At Drysure North America, operated by Abominable Supply, LLC, we aim to get your gear where it needs to go quickly, safely, and reliably — whether it’s a single order shipped to your door or a wholesale shipment fulfilled for your shop. This policy outlines what you can expect when ordering Drysure products from us.
1. Shipping Locations
Retail Customers (DTC)
We currently ship consumer orders within the United States.
If you’re located outside the U.S. and would like to place an order, please contact us at team@abominablesupply.com — we’ll do our best to accommodate your request or connect you with an appropriate regional distributor.
Wholesale & Dealer Partners (B2B)
We serve authorized retailers and dealers across the United States and Canada, with case-by-case fulfillment available throughout North America, including Mexico and the Caribbean. Please reach out to us directly to discuss international wholesale shipping options.
2. Processing Times
In-Stock Consumer Orders
Most in-stock Drysure products ship within 2–4 business days of purchase.
Wholesale / Bulk Orders
Processing times for wholesale shipments vary depending on order volume, inventory levels, and freight arrangements. Estimated timelines will be confirmed during the order process.
Please note that processing times may be longer during peak seasons, such as fall/winter or holiday periods.
3. Shipping Rates
Retail Orders
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will always be clearly noted on the Site.
Wholesale Orders
Shipping rates for wholesale or bulk orders are quoted separately.
Depending on order size, shipments may be fulfilled via standard parcel carriers, palletized freight, or LTL (less-than-truckload) services.
4. Tracking Your Order
Retail Orders
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam or promotions folder.
Wholesale Orders
Tracking or freight confirmation details will be provided once your shipment leaves our facility or designated fulfillment warehouse.
5. Delays and Issues
We strive to meet all estimated delivery windows; however, once a shipment has been handed off to the carrier, certain factors — such as weather events, carrier delays, or customs inspections — may be outside our control.
- Retail Customers: If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact team@abominablesupply.com and we’ll investigate with the carrier.
- Wholesale Partners: For freight or bulk shipments, we’ll work directly with our logistics providers to resolve any significant delays or delivery issues and will keep you informed throughout the process.
6. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- Retail Orders: If a package is returned to us, we’ll contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping fees may apply).
- Wholesale Orders: Any re-routing or re-delivery fees charged by the carrier will be the responsibility of the retailer.
